DIRECTIONS
- Bring 250ml of spring water to a boil.
- Add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of mullein leaf.
- Turn off heat.
- Steep for 10-20 minutes.
- Drink 1-3 times a day.
The longer you steep the more chemical compounds you release into the water. The darker the tea the stronger.
